While working as a freelance Creative director for the Hudson Valley's biggest ad agency BBG&G, I had the opportunity to do some really creative work. With a very small budget, creating something fun and memorable was the big challenge. How do we demonstrate the decades of knowledge and experience that the many employees of Michael's share? By creating the "Badge of Knowledge" representing the 250 years of cumulative experience.
